Provide full support, information and advice service for applicants for Housing Services.

Practical or technical experience in a broad range of construction works including plumbing, building and joinery.
Understanding of housing repair/maintenance problems and practical assessment of building maintenance problems
Experience of working in a construction related discipline either at a practical or technical level.

Position: Generator Engineer
Location: Canning Town, East London

Salary: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year, plus overtime
Hours: 47.5 hours per week. (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair site equipment, focusing on approx. 120 tow-able generators (6 KVA-200KVA)
- Start work at 7:00 am on-site.
- Report to site office each morning for repair lists and pre-booked service tasks
- Manage job sheets and bookings via tablet.
- Work in both an on-site workshop and outside on-site grounds. (Some mobile jobs could be required for Generator Engineer)
- Use company vehicle on-site to source parts and complete local jobs (vehicle not for personal use)
