As a key member of the BRCGS Programmes Team, this role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of programme activities.
Scheme Administration (Approx. 40%):
Take ownership of specific scheme requirements, such as trademark approvals and Schedule A administration.
Ensure strict adherence to procedures for trademark usage in line with scheme requirements.
Monitor and track the issuance of invoices for scheme fees.
Operate autonomously, with initial training and ongoing support from the Technical Manager.
Programme Team Support:
Organise and coordinate regular meetings for all Technical Advisory Committees and Technical Working Groups, including sending invitations, tracking attendance, and managing confidential documentation.
Collate and prepare information for quarterly meetings, including extracting data from Power BI, creating PowerPoint presentations, and conducting basic trend analysis.
Document and Information Management:

You will be working to achieve the new Roofing Standard ST0270 at level 2. 80% of the training will take place on various construction sites working with qualified tradespeople
The other 20% will be off-the-job training based on weekly blocks at Juniper Training College. (Accommodation, breakfast, and evening meals provided)
You will also undertake training for working at heights, power tools and the correct use of mechanical access equipment such as cherry pickers
Sites will vary and will mainly be in the London and surrounding areas
Training Outcome:
On completion of this standard, apprentices will be eligible for employment in the roofing industry as a craft operative/tradesperson
Apprentices may progress to supervision and management appointments in roofing organisations
