Roles & Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:
Perform service visits, both preventative and reactive, to meet customer requirements, carrying out the service and repair of products and systems.

Qualifications required for Field Service Engineer:
To excel in the role of the Field Service Engineer, you must have experience within a similar installation role or transferrable skills which provide technical support within a chemical manufacturing environment.
It is essential that you have a Level 3 Electrical Qualification, 18th Edition or equivalent with a in depth understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits and control systems.
As this is a role with national coverage, you must be able to travel UK wide with the flexibility to provide occasional emergency cover outside of working hours.

The role;
Conduct MOT tests on vehicles in compliance with DVSA standards
Identify and report any vehicle defects or issues

Keep accurate records of tests and results

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF, and chillers.
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs on both commercial and industrial air conditioning systems.
Perform routine and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
