Carrying out routine checks of equipment, including HVAC and electricalResponsible for the overall maintenance of the buildingExperiences with carrying out mechanical maintenance, from heaters, ventilation, coolers, AC, etc. Managing requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is your top priority.Maintain a focus on safety of guests and colleagues.You will need to travel to the different locations in the Netherlands
The successful candidate
Previous experiences in similar position in a hotel is a plusBachelor's degree in the relevant engineering fieldYou're flexible in working hours & days and don't mind to periodically do standby shiftsA sound understanding of engineering principles.Ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.Have a very hands on approachExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.English required, Dutch is a plus
