GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Administrator is responsible for managing all facets of a project's administrative duties for the following service types: General Contracting, Contracting Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair, Job Site Inspection, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, TRACE, ACT, Thermocore, and Canam. This includes managing contractor payables, customer billings & receivables, and Field Resource and customer Management communication when necessary. Set up and maintain all project documents. Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate. Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type. Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management. Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.

DAP is looking to hire a Territory Manager based out of Central / Northern California.
Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP products and/or related services. Territory includes Central & Northern California and Reno, NV.
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plan by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales work-withs. Achieve sales targets for all product Categories. Regularly call on all dealers and prospects in assigned area. Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising. Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. Establish relationships with Dealers, Regional & National Wholesalers, and Key End Users. Effectively manage T&E and Promotional Budgets. Work national 2-Step Wholesale shows that operate within your territory. Other administrative duties required by DAP to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the home improvement industry preferred. Bachelor's degree Self-starter Strong verbal and written communication skills

In return, the Field Service Engineer will receive:
Annual Salary: £35,000 to £40000 (Dependant on Experience)
Overtime paid at a premium
Holidays - 23 days + 8 statutory bank holidays (pro-rata for part way through year)
Pension scheme – 4% contribution by both employee and employer
