New College Swindon has a thriving and substantial apprenticeship provision for around 1,000 apprentices across 28 apprenticeship Standard areas.
Working with an Apprenticeship team this role will provide an effective and successful key account management service to support the College’s Apprenticeship provision.
The role is the first point of contact for employers and those interested in undertaking an apprenticeship programme, and will provide an effective customer service to meet the needs of these key College customers.
Responsible for a caseload of employers and learners in specific sectors, the role will be focused on ensuring effective recruitment, enrolment, on programme experience and successful completion.
Working effectively with curriculum delivery staff this post will ensure that all programme elements, including funding, audit and Ofsted requirements, are adhered to, and apprenticeship achievement and funding targets are fully met.

Answer daily enquiries made over the phone & in person, taking accurate messages. Ensuring messages are prioritised & passed on to the most appropriate person.
To ensure that post is collected & distributed by local team agreement.
To maintain high standards of customer service by responding in a helpful & friendly manner to all interactions with colleagues, service users & other professionals.
Liaise with others on matters agreed within the sphere of responsibility. On occasions, may have to exchange confidential & sensitive information with team members.
Training:
You will carry your training within the workplace whilst attending college via team every fortnight.
At the end of your apprenticeship, you will receive a Customer Service Level 2 qualification.
Training Outcome:

Minimum requirements for a Non Medical Prescriber;
Nurse Qualification – RGN, RMN or RNLD with UK Registration
