Business Administration Apprentice
Main Responsibilities:
Support the Careers, STEM and Events team in delivering activities and events for young people in schools, colleges, and the wider community. Assist with scheduling and coordinating STEM and careers events, including booking venues, preparing materials, and supporting on-the-day logistics. Communicate with schools, colleges, employers, and other partner organisations via email and telephone to share information and coordinate activities. Maintain accurate records of event attendance, participant information, and stakeholder contacts in the team’s database. Support the promotion of STEM and careers activities to young people, parents, and other stakeholders. Monitor the team inbox, respond to general enquiries, and forward more complex queries to the appropriate team member. Assist in the preparation of reports and resources to support Careers and STEM initiatives. Carry out other administrative duties as required, including keeping up to date with your apprenticeship qualification and attending events.Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours/week, flexible, between 8.00am - 5.00pm.
