* A passion for food and good cooking skills are important, possibly gained whilst working in a pub or restaurant.
* We are proud of the quality and variation of the food we provide our guests and expect you to take the same pride in your work.
* Knowledge of boating is not needed as we will give you all the training required to become proficient at locking, rope work and general boat handling, and even steering our 70' hotel boat.
This is a "live on board" position in shared crew accommodation and all your food, accommodation, laundry, and uniform will be provided.
Job Summary
To sum up; if you like the outdoor life, work well in a team, have good cooking skills, are willing to turn your hand to cleaning, boat handling and working locks, and are outgoing and sociable, this could be the job for you. Ideally, you are available to start work immediately, and if you join us, who knows you may well end up having a fun summer after all!
Benefits
* Opportunities to experience a unique way of life on the canals and rivers of Southern England.
* Food, Accommodation, Laundry, and Uniform provided
