To reinstate dining area at the end of lunch period; clear plates, cutlery and food waste; clear and wipe tables, serving area and hot plate; sweep floor and spot mop any spillages; wipe wall around waste bucket; and stack away tables.
Dispose of food waste in bins outside the kitchen.
To provide cover for the assistant cook post as required.
Training:You will be assigned a designated Vocational Trainer. Alongside the tutor, you will agree on a personal learning and development plan, setting a timetable of learning activities in preparation for the End Point Assessment (EPA).
