Position Summary
We are seeking a Workday Consultant with a primary focus on Workday HCM, especially in the Talent & Performance and Compensation modules, to join our HR Operations and HR Analytics teams. This team delivers global services across Recruitment, Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits administration, and people data analytics for the HR function.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively develop and optimize Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Talent & Performance and Compensation
- Lead and support HR- and business-driven development projects
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and IT to ensure system alignment with business goals
- Monitor and research Workday releases to identify relevant new features and improvements
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Workday solutions
- Build and maintain complex custom reports (advanced, matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards
- Support HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Development teams during key HR cycles
- Partner with external support providers to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Advise internal stakeholders on Workday best practices, with an emphasis on clean configuration and process streamlining in Talent & Performance and Compensation
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance across supported modules
Key Requirements / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday, with strong expertise in Workday HCM modules, particularly Talent & Performance (essential) and Compensation (essential)
- Experience administering and configuring Workday solutions
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality system enhancements
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
