About the Role
Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a proactive and creative HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join their friendly HR team.
You’ll sit at the heart of their recruitment activity, owning end-to-end hiring while also supporting HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from creating engaging and creative job adverts (especially on LinkedIn) through to offer.
- Use innovative and proactive attraction methods, including talent pipelining and niche sourcing.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Conduct pre-screen calls and coordinate interviews.
- Represent the business at recruitment fairs and events, acting as a confident brand ambassador.
- Take a data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates to improve outcomes.
- Create engaging recruitment content using digital tools such as Canva (or similar), including videos, visual job ads, and social media posts.
HR Support:
Provide accurate and efficient HR administrative support, including:
- Interview coordination
- Onboarding and contract administration
- Maintaining employee records
- Right-to-work and compliance checks

This Level 3 programme builds on the foundations for entry level talent to support growth within an Accountancy and Finance function.
Employees on this apprenticeship will ensure an Accountancy and Finance practice performs in the most effective way. It includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and provides the opportunity for them to support the business with essential skills and behaviours to drive results.
You will learn how to prepare financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, the importance of management accounting information, and how to prepare VAT returns. You’ll develop the technical skills to start, or progress, your career in accountancy and this will allow you to continue with your studies onto Level 4.
To pass this level you will need to study the following four units:
Financial Accounting; Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS)
Management Accounting Techniques (MATS)
Tax Processes for Business (TPFB)
Business Awareness (BUAW)
You will also be required to complete an End Point Assessment (EPA), which will include a synoptic assessment and discussion with supporting portfolio.
Training will be provided by attending either face-to-face classroom based lessons or Live Online. An apprenticeship has to be relevant to the job you are undertaking and you must dedicate time to off the job training, as well as completing knowledge, skills and behaviours associated with your apprenticeship.Training Outcome:

At the discretion of the business, the individual may be periodically rotated across accounts, offices or technical disciplines to gain a variety of experience as part of their general competence development.
To assist in the daily commercial and contractual aspects of the contracts managed by the Project Triangles which may include:
Apply the Amey “Zero Code” Safety Culture and support delivery of the account Target Zero Action Plans.
Assist in the commercial best practice with risk, change, cost, and value management and financial monitoring of the project.
Assist the Commercial and Procurement teams in all aspects of subcontract procurement and payment in accordance with governance and fair payment processes.
Gather and collate records of all work done / contemporaneous records.
Assist with prompt submission of applications for payment to clients.
Assist in submitting in a timely manner Change Requests, with price and programme effects, collating contemporary records, for subsequent agreement as directed.
Work within time periods required under the Contract(s) and as required by the Company.
Adhere to all company polices and to the Amey systems, processes, and procedures.

Training:As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Construction Quantity Surveyor level 6 apprenticeship which will take approximately 40 months to complete. Where training takes place: Training will be primarily work-based at our London office (One America Square, London, EC3N 2LS) supplemented by interactive virtual workshops.
How often training will be: Apprentices will dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week during normal working hours to "off-the-job" training and study.
Delivery Model: The programme includes monthly one-to-one coaching sessions, self-study modules, and tutor-led workshops delivered over a 15-to-18-month period.

Develop procedures to ensure the health and safety of all employees, contractors and visitors to the company
