What the Team Leader will be doing
- Leading a small group of operatives and making sure everyone is trained, supported and following the right methods.
- Keeping an eye on on-time delivery, productivity, labour allocation and machine use.
- Handling first-line problem solving and escalating issues early.
- Maintaining 5S standards and general workplace organisation.
- Supporting routine quality checks and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Helping drive improvements, waste reduction and KPI performance.

Parking Appeals officers are there to provide a responsive service to users of parking service Dealing with correspondence, appeals, permits, telephone, calls, income, refunds, complaints, court & bailiffs To represent the client where necessary at adjudication, attend seminars and other working groups and functions To report to the team leader on the requirements for appropriate stock for all functions, experience within appeals is essential for the role.
The Dimensions of this role
• To work within a team of officers providing the customer interface in parking services including correspondence ,appeals, permits, telephone calls , income, Invoicing , refunds ,complaints , courts bailiffs and data entry
• To represent the client at adjudication and other external functions such as benchmarking and working groups and attend seminars as appropriate
• To keep the team leader informed on cases , appeals win rates , problems with the computerised systems , process or procedures
• Make suggestions for developing procedures to improve service delivery , customer focus and efficiency
• To assist the team leader with reconciling payments received from various internal and external sources, trace errors and resolve
• To liaise with SMPP on financial issues and use the council’s ledger
• To process payments received directly at the council
• To process refunds
• To provide the highest level of customer care as the first point on contact for teams dealing with all aspects for parking including complex and contentious cases
You will be required to work 36+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, including between the hours of 8am and 5pm (hybrid)

Adhering to the Policies and Procedures of Peter Pan Pre-School & Nursery and being vigilant to safeguarding issues and acting on them immediately by reporting any concerns to the DSL. Care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
Performing staff inductions and helping new staff to fit into the setting.Supporting the Manager in respect of supervising staff and students, conducting regular staff appraisals, recognising training needs, monitoring training and developing teamwork.Planning and preparing activities to develop all aspects of the child's individual development in a stimulating atmosphere. This planning is to be in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Organising staff in area of responsibility including staff rotas, effective mentoring of junior staff, effective delegation of duties and communication and promoting positive attitudes regarding Peter Pan Pre-School and Nursery.Being responsible for a staff team in a designated area of the setting.

As an Assistant Property Manager / Team leader, you will oversee a small property portfolio whilst providing leadership support across a busy lettings management team.
This full-time role offers benefits, a salary range of £30,000 - £32,000, OTE £35,000 plus bonuses. After probation, this role will be hybrid working.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Managing a smaller personal portfolio, including handling maintenance queries, liaising with tenants/landlords, coordinating contractors, and processing invoices.
* Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, offering effective solutions and guidance.
* Monitoring workloads within the team, stepping in where necessary to ensure service levels are maintained.
* Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors to encourage service excellence.
* Supporting the Assistant Manager in managing approved contractors and engaging with new suppliers.
* Encouraging collaboration, motivating the team, and contributing to internal initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
* Previously worked as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Team Leader, Portfolio manager, Property Administrator, Property Coordinator, Lettings Coordinator or in a similar role.
* Experience of 3 years in property management, preferably have leadership or senior-level experience.
* Recognised industry qualifications (e.g., ARLA) are advantageous.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
Shift:
* Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
