The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field.
Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.)
Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit.
Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product.
Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused.
Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer.
May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.).
Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation.
Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed.
Assist in state inspections where necessary.
Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed.
Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required.
Flexible schedule. This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our internal IT Support team, acting as a resource on projects whilst also resolving any IT issues arising across our growing worldwide user base. Whilst this position is based in our Leeds office, you will also help cover support issues for our business users across London and Noida (India).
As part of a dedicated IT Support team, you will have a unique opportunity to build a career in a cutting-edge technology department. You will join a team of experienced IT support staff and will be constantly challenged in a modern, fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for helping prioritise the outstanding workload in our service desk CMS. You will also be involved with asset management, troubleshooting technical hardware, fixing system issues, maintaining onboarding and offboarding processes, managing access control and assisting in the deployment of new IT initiatives.
This role is based on-site in London, but there may be occasional requirement to travel to our other office locations. Core business hours for the Leeds office are between 8am and 8pm, so some flexibility on working hours is essential.
Responsibilities:
Logging, prioritisation and escalation of IT issues and requests within our Jira CMS.
Resolution of all support issues and requests via telephone,
Remote Desktop, or desk side assistance.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, internal users, and suppliers.
Assist the IT Operations & Security Manager and/or COO with projects and tasks as and when required.
Assist with installation and maintenance of internal IT infrastructure.

IT Engineer – Fire & Security - £35,000-£40,000 – Full Time – North London About the role:Our client is a well established security company on the look out for an experienced IT Technician to join their rapidly growing team. You will use your IP and network infrastructure experience to support with fire and security systems, focusing on configuring, supporting and troubleshooting networked security platforms, enabling effective installation, commissioning and reliable system operation. As a Thermoforming Setter Apprentice, you will be trained to become highly skilled in thermoforming, including the setup of new projects and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality production batches. You will also be involved in maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will ensure machinery and production equipment operate safely, efficiently, and to precise performance standards. Your training will involve carrying out planned maintenance, responding to equipment faults, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the site.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Set up and operate thermoforming machines
Assist with planned checks (PPMs), cleaning and day-to-day tasks
Report faults and help find and fix issues
Support repairs and routine maintenance of plant machines and equipment
Run existing vacuum forming and pressure forming jobs
Assist in programming, setting, and thermoforming of new projects
Read and interpret technical drawings and work packs
Provide support to moulding operators
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Use measuring tools, including verniers, height gauges, and radii gauges
Contribute to continuous improvement activities by helping identify opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workshop housekeeping

The primary result expected from the Maintenance Technician will be to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Follow checklists to inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, machinery, and equipment.
