Your duties will include:
Assisting qualified tradespeople in carrying out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and other related tasks
Learning and applying health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Supporting the preparation of work sites, including setting up equipment and materials
Attending training sessions and workshops to develop trade skills and knowledge
Following instructions accurately and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tools and materials
Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with tenants and clients
Assisting with the inspection and diagnosis of repair issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Training:
Property Maintenance Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
1 day per week in college

Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship
