Join a long-standing, family-run electrical services provider as an Electrical Compliance Reviewer — where your inspection knowledge and technical accuracy will play a vital role in keeping homes and communities safe across London and the Southeast.This is a unique hybrid position for an electrician or similar to step off the tools and into a quality and compliance-focused role. You'll be part of a tight-knit QA team ensuring all electrical certifications and documentation meet both regulatory and internal standards.
Your Role as an Electrician Will Include:
* Reviewing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Installation Certs, Minor Works, and Fire Alarm Certificates
* Verifying documentation accuracy against BS 7671 and internal QA benchmarks
* Cross-referencing engineer notes and photographic evidence in the job management system
* Liaising with engineers and QSs to resolve technical discrepancies
* Completing building control notifications and submitting compliant records
* Supporting other ad-hoc QA responsibilities as needed
As An Electrician You Will Need:

Be a conduit for comms between labs at KCPP and Tremco (directly linked with Cindy and Mike and teams). Perform QC/QA on KCPP products Provide assistance to Operations/Eng/Log for KCPP product line support. Work with Tremco to optimize supply chain, manufacturing schedule, overall provide guidance on when best to produce KCPP product line Provide after hours support when needed on KCPP product line. Perform calibrations on lab machinery for KCPP product line. Generate standards for lab machinery for KCPP product line. Support Tremco QC/QA for any needs in a prioritized fashion dependent upon management (QC Sup and Lab Mgr) guidance. This should include any after hours support when/if needed to support business needs and priorities. There could be some travel with this role to the KCPP lab from time to time. QA’s Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:
Learn on-premises and cloud-enabled technologies and services
Learn technical content that aligns to and is relevant to employers and the market
Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.Training Outcome:90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.Employer Description:Lionheart Education Trust is currently made up of a family of seventeen schools based in and around Leicestershire. Monitor and manage the support mailboxes, ensuring timely responses ad ticket creation.
Provide first-line technical support to internal branch members across Europe.
Prioritise and triage support requests based on urgency and business impact.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Development Team as necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of support interactions.
Develop a thorough understanding of all product documentation and processes to effectively support stakeholders and minimise response times.
Provide timely solutions in line with internal SLA’s and business goals.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the products, processes or documentation.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of recurring issues, fixes and workflows to support consistent service delivery.
Help maintain internal knowledge bases, FAQs and support materials used by the support team.
