GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks. Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services

Maintain accurate and secure compliance records in line with audit and regulatory requirements
Support version control and document issuing across the organisation
Prepare information in the form of reports for stakeholders within agreed deadlines
Communication & Engagement
Assist with compliance-related communications, bulletins, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns
Liaise with departments to gather information, follow up on outstanding actions, and promote best practices
Learning & Development
Attend all required apprenticeship training sessions and complete assignments on time
Proactively develop understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDPR, BRCGS Packaging and industry-specific regulations
Training:

This is a broad role which will offer direct working experience supporting and learning from an experienced Project Manager, across a number of different residential development projects in the community led and social housing sector in Yorkshire.
As a Development Project Management Apprentice, you will support the delivery of a variety of development projects from inception through to completion.
Duties will include:
Supporting the Development Director with day-to-day project activities
Attending meetings including site meetings, contract meetings, client meetings, and stakeholder meetings
Assisting with community engagement events and stakeholder communication
Supporting defect management and project issue tracking
Producing project reports and updates
Assisting with scheme viability and financial reporting
Liaising with clients, community groups, and professional consultants
Maintaining and updating project files and project documentation
Drafting meeting minutes, appointments, and project correspondence
Supporting the coordination of projects at different stages of development
You will receive mentoring and support from an experienced development project manager while completing your apprenticeship training.Training:

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Routine and Reactive inspections, PAT testing, fixed wire testing, RCD testing, emergency light testing
Reactive Maintenance (RM) fault finding electrical & mechanical components and replacing failed, i.e. distribution boards, socket outlets, light fittings and associated control gear, heaters, circuit protective devices. Installation & testing of new circuits where required
Training:
Level 3 Installation and maintenance electrician
Face-to-face delivery

In addition to the qualifications, the programme will enable candidates to progress in terms of level of responsibility, interpersonal skills, leadership, commercial awareness and commercial knowledge
This position offers candidates the opportunity to learn on the job, gain a recognised qualification and the opportunity to progress on to a degree course upon completion, which ultimately leads to full membership of the relevant professional institutions
We are looking for a long-term relationship with our apprentices, and we have a long-term career structure in mind, whereby we see the apprentice developing into senior roles within our business as it grows
