Business Support Assistant - Apprenticeship (NABIS)
As a key member of the team, you will routinely communicate with a significant number of internal and external partners and stakeholders by managing the administration across NABIS
The Key Responsibilities involve:
Provision of administrative support to the unit; enabling the efficient and effective operation of NABIS. To support National and local governance meetings with logistics minute taking and actions management. To support NABIS activities by providing a central point of contact for purchasing requests including ammunition, forensic equipment, stationery and uniform orders. To process travel bookings and hotel arrangements for NABIS staff travelling both nationally and internationally, including insurance requirements and expenses. To maintain NABIS records, on equipment, facilities and asset management.Training:
Training will be provided in the workplace with monthly face-to-face training sessions. Supported with weekly independent study time.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for a permanent position if there is one available, but there is no guarantee.

Working Hours :
The hours of work are 36.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.
