Participate in ward rounds & clinical audits

Participate in a second on call rota, currently 1:13

Experienced & knowledgeable in adult psychiatry & mental health diagnosis
Knowledgeable of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, along with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity
A first-rate communicator who can interview, assess & treat patients & write clear, comprehensive medical notes

About the team
The team works within pods to optimise the management, oversight, and support to all Social Workers. There are 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager per POD. The team undertakes comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely way to inform development of outcome focused care plans with Children and their Families. They also undertake care proceedings within the court, both private and public.
Candidates living 50 plus miles from Swindon are entitled to claim a flat rate of £100 per week to use towards either accommodation or mileage.
