As anexperienced Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient stock management, excellent customer service and strong team performance.
This role offers salary up to £37,580 and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Supervising and supporting the Parts team to achieve departmental objectives.
* Working closely with the Site Manager to improve operational performance.
* Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
* Overseeing the sourcing, ordering and supply of parts in line with manufacturer and company procedures.
* Monitoring Vehicle Off Road (VOR) orders and reducing delays where possible.
* Managing stock receipts, returns, movements and associated documentation.
* Maintaining accurate stock levels through effective inventory control.
* Coaching and developing the Parts team to maintain high standards.
* Maintaining housekeeping, merchandising and Health & Safety standards.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Parts Supervisor, Parts Manager, Senior Parts Advisor, Parts Specialist, Parts Coordinator, Parts Adviser, Parts Controller, Parts Consultant, Inventory Controller, Stock Controller or in a similar role.
* Experience working within automotive industry
* Background in leading, mentoring or supporting a team.
