Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on steam boilers and utility plants, compressed air systems, cooling systems, pumps and motors.
Assist with routine steam boiler operational tasks to comply with legislation and company procedures.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities with the ability to multi-skill where possible, with a proven trade bias.
Carry out fault diagnosis on electrical LV control and power circuits.
Regular monitoring, supervision and interaction of key subcontractors.
