About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that will suit a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Youll be managing your own caseload across a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, flats, and shared ownerships.
The office handles a varied and interesting workload with a broad client base, and theres plenty of opportunity for career development for someone driven and independent, yet happy to work as part of a wider team.
What Were Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- A strong track record of managing caseloads independently
- Landlord and tenant law experience is an advantage
- Solid understanding of CQS and compliance protocols

- Good IT skills including use of case management systems
