About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Commercial Property, will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional client management skills, whilst ensuring all advice and service delivery meet the high standards of the firm.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication and client management skills to build and maintain professional relationships. Ability to work proactively within a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of the Birmingham and West Midlands property market is advantageous.
