The Role of the Customer Support Engineer
Taking incoming calls from clients and providing technical advice on mechanical seals and hydraulic seals enquiries.
Using your Mechanical Engineering knowledge, you will also be writing quotes and liaising with external sales team and mechanical production team.
Maintaining and producing customer price lists.
Support bid preparation for new contracts and assist in purchasing activities.
Estimate production process costs and tooling expenses, offering recommendations for improvements as needed

The Role of the National Sales Manager:
Our client manufactures medical training products for healthcare professionals and students worldwide.??
Selling Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Urology, as well as continuing to develop products for Laparoscopic Surgery medical model training products & consumables.?
Selling to Education lead and Simulation leads.
As the UK sales manager you will be responsible 4 x sales reps as well as an internal team
You will be responsible to mentor and train the sales co-ordinators
This role is UK based only and you will be required to travel into the office min 3 days per week
60% into NHS for post grad, 30% Academia for under grads + 10% Corp
You will also be dealing with one major account directly

Must have man-management experience - happy to consider RSM looking to step up.
Must have healthcare, considering dental and veterinary as well as devices. NOT corporate business so must be used to SME
Must be able to work with a product portfolio - role will involve demonstrations - presentations etc

Electrical Maintenance Technician – Requirements
Educated to Level 3 (i.e. City & Guilds or equivalent) in a practical Electrical discipline - ESSENTIAL
Ideally hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulation would be beneficial
CompEx qualification would be extremely beneficial (Ex01-04) & (Ex05-06) - Required for Senior Level
Previous experience of working within a COMAH registered or high hazard manufacturing facility would be highly desirable
Strong understanding of ATEX requirements would be beneficial
The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with works
