As District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7-10 Sales Representatives. You will set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.
We are looking for an individual with sales experience, talent, enthusiasm and creative vision to lead an assigned, local, sales district. STONHARD, a subsidiary of RPM Performance Coatings, is the leading manufacturer and installer of high performance seamless floors and lining systems in the world. Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree with a minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team, calling on end users, general contractors, design engineers and design build firms to sell our product and services. This experience, combined with outstanding communication/presentation skills and a high level of energy, is necessary for this influential sales position. Our successful candidate will receive extensive product training and will work with some of the best marketing, technical service and R&D professionals in the industry. You will manage a sales force that consults, designs, and specifies seamless flooring in both industrial and commercial markets. What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position. Additional tasks are performed, as required and do not significantly alter this description.
Compensation Package:

Build and send a monthly Clearview newsletter featuring latest articles, upcoming webinars, product news, and a personal note from leadership
Set up and manage email nurture sequences for different customer segments (OEMs, system integrators, end users)
Manage list segmentation and ensure GDPR compliance
Analytics, Reporting & AI Tools:
Track and report on key performance metrics: website traffic, content engagement, lead generation, social media growth, and email performance
Produce a monthly performance report for the Revenue Team (MD, Sales Director, and yourself) to review
Monitor how Clearview appears in AI-generated search results (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, etc.) and recommend improvements
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, analytics tools) to assist with content drafting, graphic design, data analysis, and campaign optimisation
Website Support:
Update and improve website content, including product pages, landing pages, and the Knowledge Hub
Help build and maintain a Learning Centre that organises content by topic and buyer stage
A/B test landing pages, calls-to-action, and form placements to improve conversion rates

Job Purpose
The VP of Corporate Development PCG is responsible for external growth (acquisition) initiatives and other strategic partnerships in support of PCG's sales, margins, and earnings growth goals. Also responsible for leading special projects for PCG as needed.
Principal Accountabilities
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary.
Leads acquisition pipeline creation and growth, working with PCG operating company leadership and the PCG Group President. With other PCG leaders creates acquisition strategy to achieve both near- and longer-term growth goals. Oversees company research and target list buildout.
Manages target outreach to build relationships with owners and other key stakeholders, as well as ongoing relationship management. Outreach may include networking with brokers and attending trade shows and other industry events and conferences in support of long-term goals.
Leads creation of acquisition valuation and strategy documents with PCG operating companies, to present to RPM for review and approval. Leads engagement with PCG operating companies throughout the process to ensure overall PCG-wide alignment.
Champions proposed acquisitions with the RPM Corporate Development team in support of PCG/RPM initiatives and goals.
Leads PCG's engagement with RPM and external partners (i.e., legal, financial, environmental, etc.) throughout the due diligence process.
Oversees the integration process, working with PCG operating companies and the PCG leadership team to track progress and ensure successful execution.
Oversees ongoing reporting on acquisitions as needed.
Leads ongoing process (strategy development, research, outreach, target tracking, due diligence, integration, and reporting) analysis, identification of best practices, and implementation to maximize corporate development efficiency and results. Creates a culture fostering long-term corporate development program success.
Leads special projects for PCG as needed.
Completes international assignments/travel as needed

Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. This role is eligible for participation in a discretionary incentive bonus program.
