Key Accountabilities for the Sales Administrator:

As an apprentice at The Secret Garden Montessori, you will ensure the health and safety of the children in the nursery is the number one priority and contribute to the high standards of care and education.As a level 3 Early Years Apprentice you will:
Follow the room procedures as laid out by the nursery
Investigate resources for the continued development of the children attending the nursery
Follow the nursery ground rules which apply to parents, children, and teachers
Help out in the kitchen - in the morning empty and put everything away or put the dishwasher on after breakfast as necessary
Cook lunch when allocated on the rota and prepare tea

We calve all of the cows in a 10 week block starting at the beginning of September and so all of a sudden have lots of baby calves!!
The cows live inside for the winter on a self-feeding silage system and then as soon as the weather is good enough we get them out grazing.
It’s a simple grass based system where the candidate will get a real opportunity to learn everything about cows and grazing.Working Hours :Mixed rota to accommodate developing different skills.

In Year 2, the Apprentice moves to day-release and will attend IPS one day a week to continue the Technical Certificate
Starting in Year 2 and continuing until completion in Year 4
The Apprentice will continue to receive regular training contact with IPS all throughout the programme
