Manage certified applicators such as QAP program, certificate renewals, approved applicator info required for jurisdictions. Submit special price and color requests daily using established Tremco processes. Coordinate the generation of project specific specifications, details, warranties and substitution requests and delivery of the articles to the field sales representative. Track expiration of region-specific third-party approvals and coordinate renewals with the technical service group (for example COLA, Notice of Acceptances (NOAs), etc.) Order samples and literature for customers as requested. JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained. This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Research, evaluate, and suggest training programs to EVP. Evaluate sales talent and work to coach new skills. Work cross functionally to help develop the sales team. Grow and develop the sales training team's skill set. Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. Conduct alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Conduct orientation and training for employees or customers. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Understand and apply adult learning principles; utilize blended learning methodology. Create and facilitate product training for customers and employees.
Essential Job Functions:
Training a more effective and efficient sales force and customer base by creating and delivering training. To include (but not limited to) sales training, hands-on product training, product training and skill development training. To be delivered in a classroom style training, virtual classroom, hands-on product training, and online learning. On the job field training by evaluating and improving sales skills of our sales associates in the field, customer visits, and coaching sessions. Provide new hire onboarding on products, systems, culture, and necessary processes and procedures required to be successful in their new role.

TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability. Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage. The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required. The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel. Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Qualifications:

An opportunity for an experienced Account Manager / Field Sales Professional has arisen within a national distributor of commercial vehicle parts. We are interested to talk to candidates with an automotive parts distribution background, this could be car or commercial vehicle, looking to join a progressive, growing business with a family-feel.
Our client offers regular product and skills training alongside genuine career progression opportunities. The position comes with a competitive salary, car or car allowance and un-capped bonus paid on a monthly basis.

Role specifics:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of product ranges and services the company has to offer and communicate this effectively to the customer base.

Grow profitability of both Wellingborough and March branches by increasing sales and number of live customers.
Maintain existing relationships with current customers and manage all aspects of their account.
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM reporting for each working day, ensuring your time is used in the most effective manner.
Personal characteristics:
Our ideal candidate will have a successful background in automotive parts sales, this could be passenger car, commercial vehicle, LCV, HGV, truck, trailer, PSV or off-highway.
A proven background in sales, this could be Account Manager, Business Development Manager or field sales with a focus on developing new and existing business.

The Role of the Area Sales Manager
As the Area Sales Manager you’ll be selling the companies range of Plumbing and Heating Fittings throughout the North East
Your focus will be to manage and grow relationships with Builders Merchants, whilst also focusing on the Plumbing Contractors/Installers to generate demand.
You’ll also have a Technical Engineer in the region to help support you on technical queries.
The role of the Area Sales Manager will see you focus on generating new business, alongside managing existing business. All the while educating customers on the products.

This position is primarily responsible for providing ongoing training programs, processes, and strategies that enhance and accelerate the depth of knowledge and efficiency of the THD Field Service Unit (MET) in order to better service and increase sales with key home center. This includes providing field tutelage, and training tools that maximize MET performance and results in support of National Field Manager and National Account Managers. Responsibilities also include these key responsibilities: leadership within the field service team, partnership building within the DAP home center sales/marketing support staff and home center customers, improving sales and merchandising processes, advancing customer support levels, putting DAP in win-win scenarios with the THD's regional merchandising teams.
