Operate recycling machinery, including granulating and shredding, to process a range of rigid plastic materials such as buckets, bins, crates, and manufacturing scrap
Feed plastic waste safely and efficiently onto conveyors to maintain consistent production flow
Monitor machinery during operation and perform basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime
Move materials between the yard and processing unit using appropriate handling equipment
Change, weigh, and label bags of finished regrind to meet production and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
Complete production records and paperwork accurately
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation and achieve production targets
Take ownership of the process and, once trained, run the line independently

A Power Networks Fitter has responsibility for the safe construction, maintenance and repair of the electrical power network. You’ll work on distribution systems up to 66kV (or 132kV if in a Projects team). Fitters are fitting engineers who work in and around substations, using electrical knowledge and skills to install and maintain high voltage plant and apparatus including transformers, switchgear, and cable terminations.
You will represent National Grid and carry out work handed down by other areas of the business.

Represent FPE Seals in a professional manner at all times
Develop relationships with allocated key customers, providing single point of contact within the business for quotationsand queries

In this role, the apprentice will support the day-to-day operations of the HR function, contributing directly to a smooth and positive employee experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the Head of People, they will help deliver an efficient, people-focused service to teams across the organisation. The apprentice will regularly collaborate with IT and Finance, and will interact with employees at all levels, including software, engineering, research, commercial and support teams. Assist with signal routing, troubleshooting, and system calibration under live conditions.
Participate in technical rehearsals, sound checks, and show calls, supporting senior audio engineers.
Keep detailed records of equipment use, maintenance, and fault reporting.
Complete structured learning via the Bud apprenticeship platform, attend training sessions, and contribute to tripartite progress reviews.
Follow all health, safety, and site access procedures for large-scale event environments.
Training:All apprenticeship training will be completed on-site at the employer's site.
