Operating CNC milling machines of various sizes
Help Confidently program parts, partially responsible for setting and operating with guidance
Deburring
Maintain program and tooling records for all components produced
Responsible for basic inspection of parts to ensure ongoing quality
Learn Autodesk PowerMill and Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM programming
Carry out daily / weekly machine maintenance
Maintain clean and tidy work ethic
Training:
1 day per week at college and 4 days per week on site at AJM

An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager / Tender Manager / Electrical Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to join a specialist engineering and contracting organisation delivering electrical and infrastructure solutions across a range of commercial, industrial, utilities, and data centre projects.
As a Bid Manager / Tender Manager / Electrical Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead tender submissions, manage bid activity, support pricing strategies, and coordinate internal teams to deliver competitive and compliant proposals.

What we are looking for:
