As a Business Administration Apprentice at Stubbs Parkin, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in client administration, office support and professional accountancy procedures, while developing your organisational, communication, customer service and digital skills.
Provide reception and telephone support, greet clients and help manage appointments and diaries.
Manage general office inboxes, post, scanning, filing and the digital document management system.
Support the day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room preparation, couriers and ordering supplies.
Support new client onboarding, including AML checks, HMRC authorisations and maintaining accurate client records.
Assist with client administration, including obtaining missing information, signed documents and processing client submissions.
Assist with secure file archiving and develop an understanding of confidentiality, compliance and office procedures within an accountancy practice.

Throughout the programme, apprentices will develop key workplace skills including IT, communication, record keeping, decision-making, planning and organisation, project management, and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in system integration, verification, and validation, ensuring these complex simulators meet rigorous operational standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the integration of hardware and software subsystems into cohesive flight simulation systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute integration procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, optimizing system configurations for performance and reliability.
- Define and execute test plans to verify functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
