JOB DESCRIPTION Objective: The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Control (QC), compliance with regional regulations, support of customers/field initiatives, and effective operations of the laboratory and teams. Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice. Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list. Perform final inspections when needed. Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The JR Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the Salesforce platform (CRM, CPQ, and Commerce) and its integrated systems (PIM, ERP, etc.) including managing and assisting users, training, governing data, identifying enhancement opportunities, and overall system support. They ensure effective utilization of these platforms and collaborate with the organization to ensure the optimal user experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides user support and acts as an administrator for the online store and general system including managing access, resetting passwords, providing guidance, investigating and resolving issues, and routing to the correct department. Ensures Online Store content is displayed properly and updated regularly via the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Product Information Management (PIM) system, and Content Management System (CMS). Supports the administration of the Product Information Management (PIM) system including managing extensions, assisting users, resolving issues, and extracting information. Accountable for training users. Ensures training database is current, creates training videos and scripts, conducts live training sessions, and recommends and executes opportunities to enhance the training program. Coordinates and performs thorough testing of all new and revised system features, functions, and reports. Documents findings, provides feedback, and offers solutions. Assists with maintaining system governance and data integrity. This includes support with data auditing, addressing & correcting duplications, inaccurate or incomplete records with users (naming conventions, etc), purging of old records/reports/dashboards, transitioning user/record management, and adhering with processes to maintain clean data. Documents user challenges, feedback, and requests for improvements. Creates, manages, and collaborates on development tickets related to issues and enhancements. Plans and executes system communications to users including new users being brought into the system, new functionality being released, training sessions, opportunities for re-training, etc. Documents and tracks system stability and health. Creates reports as requested. Maintains KPIs and presents to division on a regular basis. Assists others within the Digital Strategy department, as needed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school Background in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, or related field EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Two to four years related experience and/or training Experience with interconnected platforms, site content management, and/or website maintenance. Technical knowledge of Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, and Commerce), SAP, and/or PIM (InRiver preferred). Experience interacting with and presenting to large groups. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Leak Administrator is responsible for tracking, reviewing, calculating, and invoicing all TremCare, TremSource, and Warranty leak calls within a specified division. This position will ensure contractual requirements are managed, tracked, and executed in a timely manner. This position should be a very detail-oriented and organized professional who understands the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements. This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills as you will work together with regional dispatchers and regional administrators to ensure leaks are completed promptly and ready for invoicing. This position will also be training under the TremCare and Warranty admin team and assisting them with various tasks as needed. This position is intended to build a strong foundation for future growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create/organize a master leak file within a specified division and be responsible for keeping all information accurate and up to date. Responsible for reviewing recently submitted leaks, determining coverage type (Tremsource, Gold, Platinum, Warranty, etc.), and depending on coverage either creating a billable leak line or linking to an existing line in SAP. On Warranty leak calls that are under a contractor obligation period, this individual will be responsible for creating POs to send to the contractor and monitoring PO status in SAP. Responsible for creating manual SO#'s in SAP for processes outside of LeakTracking (Republic warranties, etc.). Work with warranty administrators on missing/needed information when reviewing warranty leak calls. Responsible for contacting sales rep/sales admin on leaks that are reported on expired warranty agreements. Responsible for attaching roof plan drawings to SO#s in SAP. Work with the warranty adjustment team to gain approval for work beyond just a normal leak repair. Responsible for adding hours to SO# in SAP if extra time is required and approved. Responsible for tracking all leaks within a specified division. Responsible for following up with regional dispatchers on leak calls that have labor hours or costs posted but have not been completed in FSM/SAP. Responsible for reviewing all completed warranty leaks and determining if the scope being completed is to be covered under Tremco Warranty or if billable. Responsible for calculating and invoicing leaks within 4-7 days of field completion. Responsible for closing invoiced leak calls (TECO'ing service orders and corresponding contract line). Responsible for processing subcontractor invoices for payment. Ensure leak data has been entered in OLI before invoicing. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing a wide array of communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
