During your Apprenticeship you will:
Supervision of children at all times
To help in maintaining a clean environment at all times; Cleaning surfaces, floors and utensils used by the children
Keeping children safe while walking
Interacting with children
Encourage healthy eating and assist during meal times
Organising activities
Take and collect children from school
Reading and singing rhymes to the children and good partnership with parents
To support in providing appropriate learning experiences and planning age appropriate activities for the children
To assist in toilet training and nappy change
Comply with all requirements set out by the regulatory authority ( OFSTED)
To adhere in policies and procedures set by the child care provider
Training:
Level 2 Early Years Apprenticeship
Functional Skills Maths and English, where required
DBS & First Aid training essential, but can be obtained while on the job
