Professional Domestic CleanerProfessionally clean customers homes to a high standard, following the companys established cleaning procedures, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Business Director and Office Manager:
- Clean, dust and vacuum all rooms from ceiling to floor, following established cleaning procedures.
- Clean, sanitise and deodorise bathroom fixtures, showers, baths, toilets, sinks, mirrors and vanities.
- Clean kitchen appliances, worktops, cabinets, tables and chairs.
- Vacuum stairways and wash all hard-surface floors using appropriate cleaning products and procedures.
- Move reasonably movable furniture to allow thorough cleaning underneath and behind.
- Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle and customers homes.
- Drive yourself and a team colleague, along with the required equipment, between the office and customers homes using your own roadworthy and suitably insured vehicle.
- Assist your team colleague with refilling cleaning kits and cleaning tote trays, vacuum cleaners and other equipment as required.
- Follow all company Health and Safety requirements at all times.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming appearance of the office.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and support the overall team effort of the company.
- Assist the Team Captain / Team Mate in providing information required to complete service reports.
- Record any Health and Safety concerns on the service report and bring them to the attention of the company management.
- Report any damage, faults or problems with vacuum cleaners or other equipment immediately to company management.
- Undertake other reasonable and related duties as assigned or requested.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate between various cleaning products by colour and/or product name.
- Ability to read first-aid instructions on cleaning product labels and relevant COSHH information.

Special Requirements
- Ability to drive to several customer locations throughout the working day.
