Job Purpose
To lead the day-to-day operation of a designated nursery room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Room Leader is responsible for ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s development, while providing effective leadership and support to colleagues and maintaining compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and statutory requirements.
Leadership and Team Management
