QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a closely related technical discipline.
5+ years of technical sales or business development experience in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or a directly adjacent field.
Demonstrated ability to sell on technical value: capable of diagnosing a customer application problem, proposing a solution, and supporting trials through to commercialization.
Working knowledge of the functional food ingredient space, with familiarity across at least one of the following: confections, pharma coatings, fresh produce, or nutraceuticals.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and procurement audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Preferred
Familiarity with NatureSeal or equivalent fresh-cut produce preservation technologies; existing relationships within produce processing or foodservice distribution are a strong plus.
R&D background with a desire to move into a fully customer-facing commercial role.
Established relationships within confectionery manufacturing, supplement/nutraceutical production, or fresh produce processing.

They are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant with significant experience leading and supporting ServiceNow HR implementations including, planning, architecting, designing, building, and testing models/reports. You will be tasked with combining your knowledge of industry leading practice of available ServiceNow products and functionality to develop and deliver end to end solutions.
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant, capable of leading ServiceNow implementations, playing a leading role in client meetings, facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into a technical implementation. You will have exceptional client delivery / consulting skills and who can drive business development, contribute to people development and help to promote and grow the company's ServiceNow practice both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have strong application knowledge of ServiceNow technology and implementation, possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the knowledge/experience of consulting to design/deliver technology solutions that support driving a client’s strategy. Relevant qualifications in HRSD would be highly beneficial.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx. $15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

What is required?
