Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites
Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines
Present and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region
Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports
Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related construction project management required

The purpose of the role will be to help drove the delivery of an exciting portfolio of business improvements projects as part of a flagship transformation programme. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the governance and delivery of portfolio activity; ongoing maintenance and improvement of project management software; the collation and production of key project and portfolio performance reports; producing and maintaining the PMO management information dashboards; conducting analysis and providing recommendations to ensure delivery and mitigate risks; assisting with the identification of key dependencies, risks and issues; change control; quality assurance of project and change delivery; and meeting and workshop facilitation.
Must Have
Previous commercial experience in a PMO/Portfolio Analyst or Project Support role.
A strong appreciation for project assurance, governance, risk management and benefits definition and realisation.
Performance tracking, resource planning, analysis, modelling, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
Project management tools, life cycle, delivery, methodology, and systems.
Project documentation, standards, and process experience.
You will be able to work under pressure in an environment with a constant changes and operational demands.
MS Project, Teams, & Excel.
Nice to Have
PMO Analyst experience, or experience of the full portfolio lifecycle, providing analytical services within a PMO that supports a large, complex portfolio of technical and business change projects.
Professional certification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation, APMP Foundation, MoR, and/or P3O Foundation
Knowledge of the P3M3 framework

This duties in this role will include:
People Administration
Coordinate administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contractual changes, promotions, family leave and leavers
Prepare offer letters, change letters and other people documentation accurately and within agreed timescales
Maintain accurate employee records within our HR Information System (Fourth), including new starters, leavers and contractual changes
Ensure people documentation and employee records are stored accurately, securely and in line with data protection requirements
Support the maintenance of the People Team shared mailbox, ensuring queries are responded to or assigned to an appropriate member of the team
Coordinate and process employee changes for payroll, ensuring information is complete and submitted within agreed deadlines
Coordinate employment references and Right to Work documentation
Support People Advisors with letters, meeting arrangements, note-taking and other case administration where appropriate.
Onboarding and Offboarding
Liaise with managers and internal teams to ensure new starter requirements are completed before an employee’s first day
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees on the company Travel and Expenses system (Perk)
Track onboarding actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders where information or actions remain outstanding
Coordinate leaver administration, ensuring relevant systems, access and internal teams are updated in a timely manner
Recruitment Support
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Prepare offer documentation and support the transition from candidate to new starter
Support recruitment campaigns, careers events and internal recruitment activity
HR Systems and Reporting
Maintain accurate employee data across people systems, ensuring records remain accurate, complete and up to date
Support regular audits of people data and records
Produce routine reports relating to headcount, absence, recruitment, turnover and other people measures
Support the creation and maintenance of people trackers and dashboards
Employee and Manager Support
Act as an initial point of contact for routine people queries from employees and managers
Provide clear and helpful information in line with company policies and established People processes
Build positive working relationships with managers, employees and internal support teams
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling employee information
People Projects
Provide coordination and administrative support for people projects and business initiatives
Support the implementation and communication of new people policies, processes and systems
Support wellbeing, recognition, learning and development, and mental health initiatives
Help coordinate people events, workshops and internal communications
Maintain people content and resources across internal platforms, including Workvivo
General Team Support
Provide administrative support to the wider People Team
