GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance. Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic, driven individuals, who want to better themselves and be involved in a professional, diverse and growing team of both trained and aspiring martial artists
The apprentice will be working alongside a director and/or team leader providing class support in the initial instance, with the view of the apprentice becoming a full-time martial arts instructor with Tiger Martial Arts. The apprentice will be instructing mostly children aged 4-14
Alongside training and instructing in martial arts, ongoing training will be provided in exciting supplementary roles in the company, depending on the individual’s strengths and interests
Training:Community Activator Coach Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification:
Apprentices without level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level and take the test for level 2 English and maths prior to the end point assessment

Our reception and administration team are the backbone of our clinical services, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s making reminder phone calls, booking appointments, managing patient data and records, filing, scanning or sending correspondence, every task our Administrators carry out is key to ensuring our patients have an efficient and friendly experience.
Duties will include:
Greeting visitors and providing a reception service
Data entry, including updating medical records/notes
Updating and filing data for clinical outcomes correctly and confidentially, including
patient files, in-line with GDPR
Booking appointments, and scheduling repeat or follow-up appointments
Assisting with coordinating clinics
Writing letters and reports
Answering the telephone and making outgoing calls
Providing exceptional customer service and patient care
Taking part in learning activities to develop your career
Ensure correspondence is sent out in a timely manner
General administration and house keeping
All other associated duties as required of the role
Training:All delivery for this apprenticeship will take place within your place of work. A dedicated Vocational Trainer will visit on average once every 4 weeks, to establish a personal learning and development plan, outlining a schedule of training activities and business objectives.
You will complete a mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops, face to face training and online sessions. You’ll also be supported by your colleagues at all times, and will have a full induction.
