Support teaching staff, students within student support, and curriculum areas with a wide range of administrative processes associated with the Communications and Administration function.
Support the delivery of key events as required by the college throughout the academic year such as parents evenings and Open Events which may be held in the evenings or on the weekend.
Assist with arranging educational visits, in accordance with our procedures.
Deal with routine enquiries and correspondence from staff, students/stakeholders and other organisations.
Reprographics assistance.
To assist with key supporting duties around the enrolment and on-boarding of students at the beginning of the academic year.
Purchase order processing for curriculum resources.
Booking rooms for staff or events
Recording of student absences and checking and chasing daily student registers.
Attend continued professional development sessions and training for all Safeguarding requirements, which may be held in the evening.
Fire marshal duties.

To apply the Trust policies and procedures for the processing of Subject Access Requests (SAR)
To utilise functionality of the DHR system to log and track all SARs requests from individuals, responding to queries and reviewing content
To make sure SARs Requests are processed within the legal time frames
To process incoming and outgoing correspondence in a consistent and timely manner
To deal with internal and external telephone enquiries, providing advice and act as a source of expertise to a high level of customer service throughout all interactions
To act on own initiative, prioritise own workload
To liaise with the Health records Manager of any complex cases which will cause any delays or breeches as well as any untoward incidents, including data security infringements or breeches of confidentiality in line with trust policy
To Exercise independent judgment and initiative following data protection guidelines to determine the release of sensitive information this includes gaining appropriate consent and disclosure sign off

As an apprentice, you’ll start by learning side-by-side with our expert Fraud Agents, building your confidence with core systems and our processes. You’ll be responsible for supporting the team with early-stage fraud reviews while you develop the judgement needed to spot unusual activity. Day to day responsibilities will revolve around the tactical execution of marketing strategy, this will include:
Creation and scheduling of social media posts
Listening to social activity and responding across the Network businesses
Research tasks (for campaign-based activity, sourcing merchandise and event organisation)
Use of social scheduling tools and Content Management Systems to administrate websites, including improving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Budget/supplier management and reporting on performance of digital marketing channels using analytics tools
There will be the opportunity to initiate and create copy for omni-channel campaigns and to design email campaigns using our Customer Relationship Management system with integrated mass mailing function
