Training:Kia Apprenticeship Programme operates using a 12-week cycle. Within each 12-week period, apprentices will receive the following teaching, learning and assessment:

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the role provides hands-on experience across core finance processes - from credit control and banking to purchase and sales ledger activities. Water Park Adventure Centre on Coniston Water has an exciting opportunity for a 12-month apprenticeship. You will work alongside experienced Tutors delivering outdoor education to a range of clients from our 37-bed residential centre in the beautiful Lake District National Park. In addition to working with the clients, there will be regular skill acquisition days for you to progress personally at the activities. Apprentices form an important part of the staff team here and operate under similar conditions to the full-time team.
