You will work with the customer service team to resolve invoice requests and disputes in a timely manner. You will report to the current billing manager
Key responsibilities:
Checking the monthly invoices
Looking for anomalies in billing and resolving them before bill run is executed
Reconcile the bill run month to month
Updating data in the billing system
Working directly with the energy supplier resolving issues with meter reads and meters
We’re looking for a diligent team member who’ll ensure continuity of customer bills, proactively resolving issues.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred and/or a recent graduate, Upper Second or first

This Busy Edmundson Electrical branch is looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our busy branch. After full training, responsibilities will include:
Managing stock in and out (to external clients)
Picking and packing
Store transfers & stock control
Completing the paperwork within the office
Raising quotations
Trade counter
Sales calls
Processing orders
Administration
Answering the telephone
Some heavy lifting will be involved
Training:Completing a Trade Supply Apprenticeship Level 2, consisting of:
Knowledge and Competence qualification in Trade Supplier at Level 2
End point assessment - Final test and observation
The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on-site according to the employer's wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment are conducted both on and off-the-job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Customer Experience:
Understand the services and products on offer to assist with customer questions and queries
Support different types of customers with different needs
Support the centre in gaining customer feedback on our products and services, including dealing with customer complaints
Support the centre to deliver swimming lessons where required (qualification dependent)
Share knowledge with customers on the role exercise plays in health and wellbeing
Conduct customers' gym inductions and health screening where required (qualification dependent)
Plan and deliver exercise sessions to meet customers' health and fitness goals

Attend and participate in all apprenticeship workshops, meetings, and reviews with your tutor and General Manager
Ensure all training and qualification deadlines are met in agreement with your tutor and manager
Achieve and maintain all necessary qualifications, including ongoing CPD training
Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the leisure industry

You will be enrolled on a Leisure Team Member apprenticeship programme which takes approximately 18 months to complete, as well as completing the following qualifications throughout the length of your apprenticeship:

Duties include, but are not restricted to:
Picking and packing items ordered from our ecommerce website
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stock takes
Keep locations tidy, zoned and compliant with housekeeping standards
Identify low/out‑of‑stock items and escalate for replenishment
Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or pick lists
Pack items securely using the right packaging to prevent damage
Print labels and book consignments via courier portals and stage orders for collection on time
Meet targets for pick accuracy, on‑time dispatch and damage‑free orders
Handle basic order queries/returns, quarantining damaged/incorrect items for investigation
Work safely at all times
Use warehouse management systems to receive, locate, pick and dispatch stock
Maintain accurate digital records and complete checklists and delivery notes
Suggest improvements to reduce waste, errors or damage (lean mindset)
Support colleagues across inbound/outbound as needed
Attend training and reviews to progress your apprenticeship
Training:You will be completing the Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship Standard with Darlington Borough Council Learning & Skills. This programme will equip you with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to work effectively within a fast‑paced warehouse and logistics environment. Training is delivered through a blend of online learning and tutor‑led sessions, covering key areas such as goods‑in processes, order picking and packing, stock control, safe handling of materials, and maintaining a clean, efficient and compliant warehouse.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll be supported by experienced warehousing tutors who bring real industry expertise. Approx every 8 weeks a tutor will visit you on site and spend the day with you teaching and performing practical tasks on a one-to-one basis for the whole day
Tasks on site will include preparing internal and external surfaces read for different types of paint to be applied
Some areas may include specialist skills such as installing wallpaper
Always following site health & safety rules and wearing the correct PPE at all times
Training Outcome:Successful completion of this apprenticeship should lead to a full-time position as a trained painter and decorator. After further experience it will be possible to move onto supervision or management positions and further opportunities to study at these levels.Employer Description:CoTrain is a program under SECBE . The BMW Group offers an enhanced Level 6-degree apprenticeship. This degree in Electronic Engineering (BEng (Hons)), provided by Birmingham City University and fully funded by the business, will take place alongside you developing your specialist technical knowledge.
The training that you receive during your apprenticeship involves studying modern, state-of-the-art automotive production technology as well as the latest innovations in manufacturing techniques.
The BMW Group offers an enhanced level 6-degree apprenticeship commencing end of August 2025. The four-year programme is designed to enable you to experience different aspects of engineering and production technology, including robotics, controls systems, machining, fluid power, electronics, welding, and many more.
Alongside the practical engineering skills that are gained, the program will also focus on your personal and professional development where you will have exposure to a number of business techniques such as Agile, Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving.
The first year of the program is exclusively in a learning environment where in addition to starting the academic requirements of your program you will undertake practical training to qualify you with Employers Units of Competence
Your training will cover a wide range of engineering disciplines such as milling and turning, hand skills, electrical and electronic circuits, control systems, fluid power, programmable logic controllers, welding and more
In the second and third year you will continue with the academic requirements of the programme alongside on-the-job training. Your on-the-job training will comprise of placements in a number of different areas of the business, with particular focus on developing, creating and quality checking our products and systems
Whilst training onsite, you will rotate around the business with placements in all areas of automotive manufacturing and may also involve placements at other BMW UK sites
In your fourth year your on-the-job training will continue and will become more targeted to your final job role and where the job requires it you will start working a shift pattern to help better integrate you with your team
Finally, by the end of the apprenticeship, you will have also finished your degree
