Working in an exciting and busy environment the Customer Service Advisor Apprentice will be the front-line support for the busy service department.
The Apprentice will keep in close contact with the management staff at the dealership to update them on current customer affairs and relations.
The apprentice’s role will include the following:

Look to promote continuous improvement in customer service
Training:Apprentices will be working and will be trained within the dealership and a skills coach will visit at least every 28 days as a part of a close support network to ensure that Apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course.

Manage a portfolio of claims up to a pre-determined authority level. Pro-active engagement with all stakeholders with the aim to resolve claims promptly, fairly and with due expertise

Employer Description:Norfolk-based company Ellipsis Brands is a fast-growing cosmetics business, focused on creating and growing distinctive new brands in personal care. Ellipsis sells to many UK retailers and directly to retailers and distributors around the globe, as well as online.
Ellipsis products include but are not limited to emulsions (creams, gels, etc), oil blends (including fragranced products), washes, cleansers, serums, in both hot and cold-filled products. The apprentice must feel confident and happy to operate machinery such as heating plates, pH meters, viscometers, high-shear mixers, and overhead stirrers.
