The Role of the Engineering Manager
As the Engineering Manager you will manage all the projects.

You will be working with a range of high quality, high pressure hydraulics and offering single products as well as systems.

Ideally you will have a degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or General Engineering though time served and strong technical knowledge will be considered.
They would like someone with chartership or who would like to work towards that.
You MUST have a strong technical understanding of Hydraulics and/or Hydraulic Systems.
Some real world hands on engineering experience with strong hydraulic knowledge.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager
Will have some medical device sales experience, ideally selling to surgeons or consultants.
They are willing to consider candidates with only 6 months experience.
You will need to be a strong team player.
Perhaps ortho, as a similar type of sales role.
The ideal candidate is energetic and looking to make a name for themselves.
Any relevance to this portfolio would be beneficial; cardio, radio, endo, neuro etc. Even spine/ortho.
Looking for people that are curious, wanting to learn and not scared of asking questions.
Lots of energy and a can-do attitude.
A grasp of surgical procedures.
A science related degree would be an advantage.
