- Overseeing asbestos removal projects to ensure full compliance.
Requirements
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or equivalent) qualifications are essential.
- A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of HSG: 248 and HSG: 264.
- Excellent communication, client liaison, and report writing skills.
- A strong understanding of health and safety in asbestos-related works.
- A flexible approach to working hours and a full UK driving licence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading commercial and contractual management across multiple construction projects
- Administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including EWNs, CEs, payment applications, variations and final accounts
- Maintaining detailed commercial records, change logs and contractual correspondence
- Supporting pre-contract tendering, procurement and programme planning activities

* Reporting market insights and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
* Handling inbound sales enquiries and supporting retail customers locally.
* Participating in team meetings and other duties aligned with your skills and experience.
What We Are Looking For:
* Previously worked as an Field Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Field Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
* Proven track record in a field-based sales role, with experience managing your own territory.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
* Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel.
* Right to work in the UK
