About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a male client in his home environment. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his daily life while working closely with his family. The position involves delivering high-quality care and support, ensuring his wellbeing, comfort, and safety at all times, including monitoring his condition, assisting with daily activities, and promoting dignity and independence.
The client lives at home with both parents and his older brother. He has a hearing impairment in one ear and wears hearing aids during the day. While he understands verbal communication, he is softly spoken and benefits from patient, attentive support workers who allow him sufficient time to communicate effectively
