This is a brand-new specialist inpatient unit for young adults aged 18-25 in Sussex with Eating Disorders
**To be considered for this position you must be registered with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist**
As the Clinical Psychologist your key responsibilities include:
Providing specialist psychological assessments, and individualised evidence-based psychological interventions for young adults with severe eating disorders and complex mental health difficulties
Providing evidence-based and formulation-driven psychological perspectives to multidisciplinary risk management, care planning and decision-making
Managing a complex caseload as the individual psychological therapist working within a multidisciplinary team, in addition to facilitating group psychological interventions and family/systemic interventions
Monitoring clinical progress through regular reviews of psychological treatment
Providing high-quality clinical supervision to the Assistant Psychologist
Supporting staff development through the provision of training, consultation, formulation meetings and reflective practice sessions
Contributing to service developments within the therapies team and wider service
Receiving regular supervision and line management from the Regional Therapies Lead/Consultant Clinical Psychologist
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Knowledge and understanding of eating disorders, and the impact on young adults and their families
Experience working with individuals with eating disorders and their families, in either community or inpatient services
Prior experience in eating disorders is desirable but not essential for this position.
Experience working with patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder, neurodivergence, trauma and personality disorders is also desirable
Experience of supervising and training junior members of the team
Experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for patient’s psychological care and treatment as a qualified professional within the context of a multidisciplinary care plan

You would be based in our Exeter office in Pynes Hill, gaining a wide range of experience in all areas of accountancy, including bookkeeping, personal tax, business tax, accounts preparation and audit. The work will be varied and support the training given and vice versa.Training:You will undertake the “Assistant Accountant” Apprenticeship (an Advanced Apprenticeship in Accounting), with full support from Accountancy Learning as part of their Flexible Apprenticeship Programme.
Assessment will be by an “End Point Assessment” and will be graded “Pass” or “Distinction”. This will include two elements:
A Professional Discussion. This will include a series of questions allowing you to to display the knowledge and experience you have obtained over your apprenticeship. You will build a Portfolio of reflections and product evidence that will be used for discussion points in the PD.A Synoptic Exam. This will include elements you have learnt throughout your studies of the individual AAT Units and this will contribute towards your end grade.
You will be prepared for both of these elements by undertaking studies for the AAT (Level 3) Advanced Diploma in Accounting. These will underpin both elements of your “end point assessment”. As such, it is anticipated that your apprenticeship duration will be for 15 -18 months although earlier completion is possible, provided the duration exceeds one year and a week.Those with no prior accounting knowledge may need to also complete the Bookkeeping units of AAT Level 2.
You will receive support from both the employer, and the training provider, to complete and achieve your Apprenticeship and will be given time to study during the week on a day release basis. The Billing and Administrator apprentice will be responsible for raising sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner to our worldwide client base and ensuring quick resolution of any invoicing related issues. Ideally you will have proven billing experience with excellent communication skills.
You will initially be responsible for the preparation of the batch invoicing. This will require thorough attention to detail and will enable you to build up an understanding of the systems we use and get familiar with the company.

Undertake tender exercises, acting as the single point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery of the entire procurement project
Managing the Procurement Team’s Intranet pages, ensuring that these are continuously improved and remain relevant and user-friendly
Planning and Analysing:
Analyse procurement spend, making recommendations for new network contract and approved lists
Negotiate with existing suppliers to obtain discounts and improved terms for schools
Respond to queries from schools and suppliers, ensuring these are resolved quickly and efficiently
Training:
In this role you will be undertaking the Level 3 Procurement and Supply Assistant Training with Aspire Procurement Training.
Once enrolled onto the Level 3 apprenticeship programme (expected to be in May 25), six hours of your working week will be dedicated to your apprenticeship training and development
The working pattern for this will be agreed in advance with your line manager once enrolment on the course is confirmed

To provide support to the Finance Manager in relation to various aspects of the School’s finance and to contribute to the support given to the School by the Administration Office.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Raising requisitions for goods and services, in addition to receipt goods and services on CBIS when appropriate
Maintain the School Fees system including:
Processing bursaries/scholarships and other awards - including maintaining records of recipients
Processing charges for school meals, examinations and other “extras”
Raising and dispatching invoices
Banking monies received
Processing journal adjustments
To exercise credit control regarding amounts owing to the School
Processing cheques and cash received for banking when required
Providing administrative support in a number of other areas including:
Answering telephone calls and dealing with routine mail and supplir, customer and internal queries/ e-mails
Supplier set up requests
Other routine office administration jobs as required
Regular reconciliations of the School’s Income and Expenditure accounts
Providing cover for other members of the Finance Team and administrative teams if required
Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of level 2 you will have the opportunity to progress to level 3 gaining an AAT qualification in Accounting Level 3
The contract will be 18 months to complete the level 2 with an extension for the level 3

Purpose of Post
To assist the Chamberlain in providing a high-quality customer focused financial accounting and information service to the Environment Department.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To raise Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, credit notes and journals and recover monies due to the City of London in respect of work conducted on behalf of statutory undertakings, private individuals and businesses, etc. using Oracle.
To pro-actively chase aged debts as directed by Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivable and assist in completing the monthly debt reports.
Raising queries to debtors in writing and dealing with follow-up correspondence.
To collate and pay to the CoL’s appointed banker’s cash, and cheques received in respect of debtors’ invoices, and other sources.
Collate customer information and request new customers to be set up within CBIS.
Consult with the Cashiers Department to ensure accurate and timely allocation of BACs, CHAPS and other online payments.
Answering enquiries from AR customers as to any queries they may have on amounts due by reference to the City’s financial accounting system (Oracle).
Answering enquiries from staff as to financial coding by using the Corporation's computerised accounting system, Oracle.
To review and process payment requisitions regarding sundry invoices paid via WorldPay and ensuring the accurate allocation of funds.
