This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of live events including corporate productions, broadcasts, and live experiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on a wide range of events including corporate productions, brand activations, and live experiences across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities -
Assist with the preparation, loading, and testing of AV equipment in the warehouse

As a Finance Associate Apprentice, you will support the delivery of a wide range of accounting and finance services to a portfolio of small business clients. You will gain practical experience across bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, annual accounts, tax and company secretarial work, under the guidance of our directors and experienced team members.
Client Accounting Support
Support the delivery of bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll, VAT, annual accounts, tax and company secretarial services for a portfolio of clients
Process financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records and complete routine reconciliations using systems such as Xero and Dext
Gather, organise and check client information and supporting documents, identifying missing or unusual items
Assist with the preparation of reports, working papers, returns and statutory filings under appropriate supervision
Support client onboarding, administration and other projects as required
Take increasing ownership of tasks as your knowledge, confidence and competence develop
Client Service and Communication
Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues by email, telephone and video call
Request information, follow up outstanding queries and provide clear progress updates
Build positive working relationships and represent Bright Beany’s values in every interaction
Recognise when a matter requires further guidance and raise questions, errors or concerns promptly

Training:This Level 3 programme builds on the foundations for entry level talent to support growth within an Accountancy and Finance function.
Employees on this apprenticeship will ensure an Accountancy and Finance practice performs in the most effective way. It includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and provides the opportunity for them to support the business with essential skills and behaviours to drive results.
You will learn how to prepare financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, the importance of management accounting information,and how to prepare VAT returns. You’ll develop the technical skills to start,or progress, your career in accountancy and this will allow you to continuewith your studies onto Level 4.
To pass this level you will need to study the following four units:

Job Summary: Vice President Continuous Improvement
Lead a team of Continuous Improvement Leaders in their efforts to implement the RPM Manufacturing System (MS-168) at manufacturing plants in support of RPM's MAP program. Work with the RPM VP of Operations, Manufacturing to define, communicate, implement, and sustain MS-168. Develop a team that can work with plant management to institute processes around yield and OEE improvement, and processes that sustain continuous improvement in RPM manufacturing facilities. Lead trainer for Greenbelt program. Coach and mentor CI across all RPM functional departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Manage team of CI leaders as well as outside consultants• Develop CI leaders to implement a standard program of MS-168, in multiple cultures and multiple operating settings• Work with VP, Manufacturing as to how best deploy this team to achieve MAP goals and objectives
Essential Functions/Core Activities:
• Work with plant management to gather baseline data on yield, OEE, quality, etc• Establish with plant management meaningful metrics that are reflected in the plant financials• Help plant management in the hourly/daily collection of relevant plant data, that will lead to improvement activity• Establish the MS-168 tiered meeting structure• Lead continuous improvement events to eliminate cause of waste• Able to adapt or use Lean and statistical process control tools to get a root cause of waste• Able to document successful continuous improvement • Teach Greenbelt classes

Experience and Education Required:
• Four year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in manufacturing, candidate with MBA is preferred• Experience participating in improvement efforts on the plant floor or quality control laboratory

Physical Requirements:
Work will be on plant floors that are not climate controlled, where mixing and packaging of chemicals will be conducted both manually and with automated equipment. Work will require long periods of standing and irregular hours to communicate with multiple shifts.
