As a CAD Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of mechanical systems for the client's THP installations. Working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality designs focusing on structural steelwork, pressure vessels and piping systems.Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings using SolidWorks 3D CAD software.Design pipework, structural steelwork and pressure vessels from engineering calculations and design data.Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.Produce Bills of Materials (BOMs), bolting schedules and assembly documentation.Interpret P&ID drawings and develop accurate 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.Work closely with Process, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to deliver fully integrated engineering solutions.Provide technical support to the manufacturing and assembly teams throughout production.Ensure all designs comply with relevant engineering standards, specifications and company procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical design.Experience working within process industries such as energy, water treatment, oil & gas, chemical processing or a similar engineering environment.Good knowledge of design codes and standards relating to pressure vessels, piping systems and structural steel.Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD (experience with other 3D CAD packages will also be considered).An HNC, HND, Level 3 Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g. Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space)
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e. HVAC, Steam Boilers Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters)
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g. programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g. sensors, switches, valves)
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g. product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g. piping, manual valves)
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation
Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions

The primary result expected from the Administrative Assistant is to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
Required Experience:
High school diploma or GED certificate
1 or more years experience of industry-related work preferred but not required
Ability to accurately read and enter computer data
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with SAP a plus
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Electrician to join an established and trusted contractor that partners with housing providers and public sector organisations across the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their electrical team with skilled and experienced professionals.
The successful Electrician will be a safety-conscious, reliable professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will be able to work efficiently, meet project deadlines, and ensure all work is completed in full compliance with current electrical regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, circuits, and systems in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
- Carry out first and second fix electrical installations
- Install and connect associated electrical systems
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site plans accurately
- Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and remedial electrical works
- Ensure full compliance with site RAMS, HSE requirements, and building regulations
- Maintain accurate records of installations, testing, and certification documentation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle in safe working condition
- Deliver high standards of workmanship with attention to detail and safety
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent, e.g. City & Guilds 2365-02 / 2357 pathway)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification
- Valid JIB Gold Card or ECS Gold Card
- Proven experience in commercial, industrial, housing, or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning
- Competent in first fix and second fix installations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and site compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
- IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant site certifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience supervising apprentices or junior electricians
