You will complete a Building Services Engineering - Service Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship which is within the Construction and Built Environment, and you will gain the Level 3 Building Services Engineering Service and Maintenance Engineer apprenticeship standard on successful completion.
You will be required to attend Newbury College one day a week during Term Time for a mix of theory and practical classes as well as completing the required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in the workplace. You will have a Development Coach who will hold regular reviews with you and will monitor your progress throughout.
Please note: If you are aged 16-18 and do not have a GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent in either or both English and maths, you will be required to take Level 2 Functional Skills alongside your apprenticeship. Apprentices aged 19+ can decide whether they wish to take Functional Skills and this will be discussed as part of enrolment.

Assist the team in keeping accurate and up-to-date establishment, employee, recruitment, payroll, and pension records and systems, both manual and computerised
Respond to employee information requests and enquiries under guidance, including supporting the completion of monitoring forms
Help ensure compliance with legislative requirements and internal deadlines
Assist in creating and preparing reports, letters, memos, spreadsheets, documents, and databases using a range of software including Word, Excel, Adobe, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, SBS, and Discoverer

Training:At the end you will gain a Level 3 HR Support Qualification. The apprenticeship training will be delivered in the workplace, as you will receive visits from a college assessor. The role
- Working alongside Legal Partners across a number of offices, providing legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, acquisitions, project finance and real estate finance
- Draft and review complex legal documents, such as loan agreements, security documents, and related financing arrangements under the guidance of senior team members
- Build relationships with clients, assisting in the delivery of high quality, tailored legal solutions that meet their commercial objectives
- Conduct legal research on relevant banking and finance legislation, regulation, and case law, ensuring the advice is up to date and comprehensive
- Support senior solicitors and partners on significant transactions, due diligence, document management and coordination of work streams

The ideal candidate
- You will have 0-2 years of PQE with experience in corporate, banking or finance and a genuine desire to want to progress in the corporate finance sector
