What You Bring

About the Team
The adult safeguarding team work with a range of adults sometimes in challenging circumstances where they use the Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. The team will undertake investigations in a holistic manner and focus on the individuals goals and outcomes they want to achieve. They ensure that all safeguarding investigations are in line with the mental capacity act as well as making best interest decisions where appropriate.
