Apprentice Social Media Content Creator & Business Support
This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms, monitoring audience interactions, analysing performance metrics and staying updated on social media trends. You will support with Willow Tree Group’s digital marketing strategy. You will also support the day-to-day operations of Willow Tree Group by performing administrative tasks while actively learning about various business functions through on-the-job training to gain a comprehensive understanding of social care and business administration practices.
Key responsibilities:
Content creation:
Drafting engaging posts, generating creative visuals and developing video content for various social media platforms aligned with our brand
Content calendar management:
Planning and scheduling social media posts across different platforms according to a content calendar.
Community management:
Responding to comments and messages on social media, addressing client queries and fostering positive online interactions
Social media analytics:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and impressions to analyse campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Market research:
Identifying relevant social media trends, competitor analysis and audience demographics to inform strategy
Social media platform management:
Maintaining and updating company social media profiles across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
Campaigns:
Execution of social media marketing campaigns, including promotion and tracking
Visual design skills:
Understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing social media graphics
Collaboration:
Working closely with the wider team to align social media strategy with overall brand objectives
Office Administration:
Answering phone calls and directing queries
Managing email correspondence
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining filing systems and records
Data entry and updating spreadsheets

Product Performance: Ensure product performance meets standards and help improve the reliability of products in the plant
Product Design & Documentation: Create and update product designs, drawings, and bills of materials (lists of required parts) according to technical specifications, using tools such as SAP, CREO, and AutoCAD. Follow relevant design rules, project guidelines, and company processes
Bills of Materials & Drawings: Develop, modify, and verify bills of materials and drawings for parts and assemblies, ensuring they meet customer requirements and supply chain needs
Design Testing & Validation: Assist in testing and validating designs and prototypes in the lab, analysing results, and participating in customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Provide technical solutions for any issues and share reports with the internal team (with support if needed)
Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with commercial and contract teams to review and clarify specifications, propose improvements, and update design documentation. Create documents like operation manuals, instructions, and commissioning guides
Training:During your apprenticeship, you will receive two types of training.
On-the-job training will be delivered by Schneider Electric, your employer. You’ll receive training and supervision to help you perform your role. This will include skills and knowledge that are outside of the apprenticeship but necessary for the job. In addition to ‘on-the-job’ training, they will support you in other ways to ensure your success.
Types of support will include:

Off-the-job training will be provided by a carefully selected training provider during your normal working hours. Tremco is looking for a Contractor Support Specialist to support our Southern Atlantic region.
The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support. The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations. * Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications. * Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. * Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates. * Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff. * Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders. * Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis. * Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: * Peel tests * Product recommendations * Proper product installation * Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. * Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps. * Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced. * Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
