Essential Skills and Experience of Engineering Team Leader
The successful Maintenance TL should be multi skilled, preferably electrical bias
Experience with CMMS software (SAP)
Experienced engineer with relevant experience of managing a multi-skilled team.
Have experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical / PLC systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
Desirable Skills and Experience of Engineering Team Leader
HNC/D / Level 3 in mechanical / electrical maintenance engineering
IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications

Build strong relationships both internally and externally with all relevant parties including but not limited to engineering, production, quality assurance, customers, suppliers, aircraft manufacturers, external (A)DOA organisations
Understand the product limitations based on airworthiness, certification basis and/or design, and ensure the documentations generated are a true representation of these limitations
Key Experience Requirements:
