Project Management: Handle and supervise all pre-production, production and pro-production needs, including scheduling, budgeting, sourcing, and negotiating with internal stakeholders, outside crews and vendors. Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and true to the brand's identity. Attend location shoots, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to plan. Execute photo and video projects of varying budgets across all digital platforms, including eCommerce, website, social, and paid marketing campaigns Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Product Managers, Creative and Brand Managers to drive projects forward Maintain consistent communication with outside creative agencies to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery. Resource Management: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, prioritizing resources and tasks effectively. Oversee workflow for all mediums and aspects of pre and post-production, including offline edits, design, animation, retouching, and more.
