We view all staff as stakeholders in the practice, and have regular full team meetings to review and consider the progress of the practice and how we might develop it. With five colleagues in total, including the two directors, we are too small for any kind of office politics or factionalism. Both directors have an open door policy for staff members wanting to raise issues or concerns, so any difficulties are dealt with as quickly and diplomatically as possible. Our view is that the workplace should be efficient, productive and happy.Working Hours :Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.Skills: Communication skills,IT skills,Organisation skills,Attention to detail,Customer care skills,Problem solving skills,Presentation skills,Administrative skills,Number skills,Analytical skills,Logical,Team working,Creative,Initiative....Read more...
