Previous batching experience is advantageous but isn't essential. Training can be provided.

Carrying out appropriate quality checks on your own work
Monitoring production throughout the shift and identifying potential issues early
Maintaining accurate production information and records
Taking ownership of the quality and consistency of the product being produced

Ready-Mix Plant Operator
Concrete Plant Operator
Plant Operative
Production Operative
Process Operator
Loading Shovel Operator

Confident communicating with drivers and colleagues
Comfortable working with computerised systems and multiple screens
Able to concentrate and monitor several pieces of information simultaneously
Quality-conscious and willing to check your own work
Comfortable making decisions rather than simply waiting for instruction

Reliable and able to work effectively within a busy production environment
Hours & Package
£17.00 – £22.00 per hour depending on experience
Permanent PAYE position
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
